I've been to a drive in several times actually when I was younger.

Yes, but not for five or six years now. I actually dig the experience of seeing movies that way, but have a hard time finding double-features where I want to see both movies, or at the very least a double where the lousier of the two movies is playing second.

Actualy yes there is still one going back home. Of course it was built way back in the day so it's like watching widescreen movies on a fullscreen so you can watch a big of the movies on the trees around the screen. Still, it's great fun and on long weekends during the summer on Sundays they have all nighters where you can see 4 movies for 10 dollars.

I love the Drive In!!! Can we please please please go this summer? I don't care what kind of crap is playing there, I love the Drive In so much. You've heard all about my experience watching Robin Hood without the sound, right? Well, have you heard about when my uncle Jeremy took us to see Babe and I fell asleep? And then when I opened my eyes he and the girl he brought with him were making out! Oh man. That was shocking.

I went to a drive in theater here 2 years back and saw: THE DARK KNIGHT. Awesome on a huge screen, but couldn't hear a word they said :).

I'd never been to the drive-in until last summer, where I saw the worst movie I've ever seen in my entire life (I'm not speaking in superlatives here. It really is the worst): I Love You, Beth Cooper.

I also saw the Orphan, though, which was an awesome move for a drive-in.

Went to a drive-in as a kid and saw a double feature of Disney live action films: "The Boatniks" and "The Gnome-Mobile". This was in the mid-70's.

Yeah I've been a few times but I've always preferred the theater. That and the speakers barely worked when I used them

But of course, though not lately. There's actually a still-functioning one about 10 miles away, but the last thing I saw there was Goldmember (hmmm...coincidence?).

We really ought to go again...

My family went religiously to the drive-in until I was about 8 or 9 years old (when our local drive-in was torn down in favor of a multiplex.) I saw, amongst other movies, Hocus Pocus, and Batman Returns.

Hello! I am a week late!

The only drive-in movie I saw was "9 to 5" while on vacation in Arkansas in about 1980. There are no drive-ins around here, sadly.

I've been a couple of times. I specifically remember seeing a double feature of Star Trek V and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. It was fun.
