Sorry

No, this isn't a post to announce a film adaptation of the movie Sorry. Although, I'm sure it's coming. This is an Apology post for the lack of Regular posts on HSC as of late.

As most of you know, Whitney and I launched a weekly film podcast called Frankly, My Dear. We hit the ground running about a month ago and have beeen extremely, extremely pleased with the feedback everyone has given us. A lot of people are listening and we couldn't be more happy about it.

But the show takes a lot of preparation and I haven't has the time to post as frequently as I'd like to on He Shot Cyrus.

I'm going to try my hardest to post more. But we are considering moving the Thanks for Writing contest over to FMD. Let me know what you think of this.

That would require me to follow another site, and I've already hit my 300 limit.

Welcome back...(?)...

Its all about routine - and for Jo and I - improvement. We are constantly changing the rountine of ours so that we refine everything we want to present... but the structure stays the same for the most part making the planning that much quicker.

Well done on the podcast front anyhoo!

Congrats on the podcast success! One of these days I may learn how to do such fancy, futuristic things.

Do what you think is best. Move it, and they will come. (Sorry, that was bad.)

Great to hear the podcast has been successful so far! I've yet to give it go, but promise to check it out ASAP as I'm just discovering other podcasts right now myself.

Will the site and the podcasting be something that you feel you will be able to balance or you'll have to forfeit a lot more time with one to sustain the other. I've contemplated starting one as well, and thus far haven't the kahunas to commit.

Keep up the good work on the cast and get back to posting when you can. I'm starting this weekend and feel I will be in the same boat! We'll be here when you get back!

Balance is the hardest thing to maintain with all of this podcasting madness. I'm looking forward to giving it a sampling.

Hey there, El Gringo!

You used to be a member of the 1001 movies club. I'm bringing it back and wonder if you'd like to join up again. If so, visit the site (www.filmsquish.com) and send me an email as I'd like to ask you a few questions directly. I don't see how we couldn't make the podcast a part of the reviews, eh?
